DRIVING?We offer hundreds of free car parks. Please be mindful of signage as some areas have restrictions or require permits. Getting here from the CBD: Take the Tullamarine Fwy/M2 north to Western Ring Road/M80, heading east before exiting at Plenty Rd. A left at Bush Blvd brings you past Westfield, South Morang Train Station and straight on to PRACC. We're 100m north of the City of Whittlesea Civic Centre. |
PUBLIC TRANSPORTPRACC is a flat 500m walk from South Morang train station. Many of our guests enjoy CBD accommodation and the freedom to have a few drinks at their event. Just jump on any Mernda line train at any city loop station. |
ACCESSIBILITYWheelchair access There are accessible toilets, ramps and lifts throughout our venue. Vision impairment Braille is provided on all room door signage. PRACC is guide dog friendly and welcomes any registered assistance dogs into all areas of the building. Assisted hearing Most meeting rooms within PRACC are equipped with hearing assisted devices. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSFacilities & Dress Code Free WIFI is available throughout the venue using the CoW PUBLIC network. Unfortunately we do not have ATM's at our venue, however do accept EFTpos and credit card as payment method for products and services available. All guests in attendance are required to be fully dressed and wear shoes at all times for their own safety. PRACC reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images. Bringing Children? Not being able to see something that everyone else can is not much fun. We have a limited number options available in Woodstock and Yan Yean Theatre which we allocate on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive 20 minutes before the event begins and ask our staff for help. When bringing children please consider the interests and enjoyment of everyone attending. As a general rule children 2 years of age and older require a ticket. Prams and strollers are not permitted in Woodstock or Yan Yean Theatre and must be stored in the foyer. Please check with our PRACC team upon arrival. We have change tables, located in our accessible toilets. Yan Yean & Woodstock Theatre Generally, the foyer opens 60 minutes prior to event commencement and theatre doors open 20 minutes before the performance begins. For some events you can’t enter until there’s a suitable break in the performance. This decision is made by your event's promoter. Everyone will have an allocated seat, we do not allow patrons to stand in the aisles or stairs. Some events may have General Admission, which is standing only on the ground floor. Limited food and beverage is permitted in to these spaces. Glass and alcohol are not permitted. Camera & Recording Devices Each event organiser chooses the ruleset for use of camera and recording devices. Many times this relates to and is determined by the content within an event that may require privacy or protection due to copyright laws. We want you to be able to capture moments, but do so in a way that complies with event requirements. Security There are the security measures you can see and of course, the ones you can’t. We monitor the whole site each and every day and our staff are trained to ensure all our guests have a safe, secure and happy time. We work very closely with the Police and members of security services to ensure our security procedures are up to date and following best practice. PRACC takes no responsibility for personal items brought into the venue that may become lost, however all items found or handed into the centre are kept and logged. Ticketing Each event in the Woodstock or Yan Yean theatre will have PRACC ticketing. If you attend an event with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised seller such as Ticketmaster Resale, Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Ticket Merchant, Ticket Blaster, TicketBis, Queenoftickets or any other unauthorised re-sellers, you may be refused entry to the event. PRACC will not be able to assist with any ticket issues arising from tickets purchased via a reseller. If the event isn’t on our website it means it has not been confirmed or the event organiser may be in the process of listing it on the PRACC website. Both the Woodstock and Yan Yean Theatre have a number of accessible spaces for wheelchairs next to a carer’s seat. You will need to contact the authorised ticketing agent to make a booking. You do not need to print your ticket. All tickets with a genuine barcode can be presented on your smart phone upon entry to an event. All tickets are sold in accordance with the PRACC Ticketing Policy. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. So it is best if you contact the organiser of the event directly. If you provide your complaint in writing to us, we will forward it directly to the organiser of the event. For complaints about the venue or facilities, or for feedback of another nature please provide your feedback in writing and we will respond to you during business hours.
